can't login

Hello... First of all im ingame PawnYy.Im sorry if i posted this in wrong section but i dont understand German so good cuz i just moved to Austria and im still learning... So Some days ago i registered my accont to this server... Now im trying to login but it says i can't register because my actually region doesn't match with my account region... My ip changing every day so i dont know what to do... Thanks for answer!

You've registered the account with an IP adress from Slovenia.
Now you've got an IP adress from Austria, how is that possible?

The server protects accounts in this way against hacker but I can deactivate this protection for your account.
But first answer my question.

Yes beacuse i lived in Slovenia before we came to slovenia and I have dad in slovenia so i brought my computer with me then nego send me ip of this server and i registered there... That's all
